OI Partners and CareerNet International Form OI Global Partners, New Global Talent Management Alliance
Enhancing capabilities to deliver career transition programs and executive coaching services with 225 offices in 28 countries
March 3, 2014 — OI Partners Inc. and CareerNet International Ltd. (CNI) talent management firms have entered into a formal alliance to jointly operate as OI Global Partners. The alliance will strengthen the career transition programs and executive coaching service capacities of both organizations through its 225 offices in 28 countries.
With a spirit line of “Leading change for Organizations and Individuals,” OI Global Partners now ranks among the top 3 Independent Global Firms. The alliance specializes in career transition programs, outplacement services, executive coaching services, leadership consulting services, organizational change and employee engagement consulting, leadership and talent development, and other workforce solutions.
“OI Global Partners will provide worldwide coverage with consistency in services, experience and quality. The same great customized solutions will be delivered globally with a local touch that adds a global perspective,” said Patty Prosser, chair of OI Partners.
“Our alliance will supply access to experts with a strong people focus and unique, customized solutions regardless of location. OI Global Partners will offer consistent, strong, high-quality service delivery,” supported by best-in-class technology tools, added Jerry Knock, chair, CareerNet International.
OI Partners Inc. was founded in 1987 and CareerNet International Ltd. was founded in 1998. The new OI Global Partners alliance will be managed by the Global Alliance Board, which will have operations in Nashville, TN, and Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
