Create a custom-fit virtual Accelerator™ Program by choosing from our library of courses and adding on experiences as needed. Alternatively, give your new managers the experience of our all-inclusive Buddy to Boss program. We will be your partner every step of the way in designing an Accelerator™ Program to fuel your leaders' success.
Upon course completion, the online new manager training participants can add the learned skill as a badge to the “Skills and Certifications" section of their LinkedIn profile, showcasing their dedication and commitment to the program.
Design your participants’ experience by choosing up to four skill-building learning paths per year or let ICC match our programs to your competencies and strategic goals. We will build the components of your Accelerator™ Program based on your business strategies and budget considerations.
