The mission of the HR Collaborative conference is to bring together and expand the Human Resources community in the Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky areas through networking events, cross-promotion of member organizations events and professional development programs and conferences. The HR Collaborative conference definitely did not disappoint with this year’s HR event held at Sharonville Convention Center, April 27th.
The event kicked off with an inspirational keynote, Captain Mike Abrashoff. His message of leadership from his vast history of serving with the U.S. Navy resonated so intently with the hundreds of human resources professionals in attendance that you could have heard a pin drop. We strongly recommend that anyone who is interested in leadership and organizational development should pick up a copy of his book, “It’s Your Ship.”
The ICC booth was well attended and we enjoyed meeting so many business leaders within the Cincinnati community. We were thrilled with so many of the wonderful conversations we were able to engage in with the HR Collaborative attendee’s.
