ICC Sees Revenue Spike by 440% in 2021 from Online Leadership Development Program, Anticipates Minimum of 110% Revenue Growth in 2022
January 28th, 2022 – Denver, CO – While the 2020 shift from in-person work to virtual and hybrid environments created a new market demand for online learning and development programs, ICC had already been ahead of the curve with the inception of its Accelerator™ Program in 2018. Accelerator™ is ICC’s online leadership training solution that supports fast-growing companies seeking to develop their emerging and front-line leaders in geographically dispersed, virtual environments.
This innovative online learning program includes four key foundational elements needed to increase engagement, knowledge retention, and performance. “The problem in the digital world isn’t the need for more content; it’s engagement, getting learners to pay attention and remember new information.
