Thomas Singleton: Biography
As the Enterprise Business Development Representative at ICC, Thomas capitalizes on his innate curiosity to partner with ICC clients as they work to tackle their most common people challenges. With a wealth of knowledge in counseling and performance psychology, he builds relationships based on authenticity and a shared passion to help people and teams perform at their best, maximize productivity and fulfill potential.
Thomas’ upbeat, friendly personality and extreme eye for detail are what make him successful in connecting ICC clients with innovative people-based leadership development, executive coaching, and compassionate outplacement services.
Thomas holds a master’s degree in sport and performance psychology from Boston University and a BA in Health & Human Sciences from the University of Southern California. When he isn’t working, Thomas is an avid tennis player, loves the outdoors, good food, and all things sports.
