Heather Pacaro: Biography
Heather believes our only true limitation is our mind. She is passionate about bringing out the best in others, empowering and encouraging them to create what they previously thought was impossible. She strives to create a safe environment for her clients to learn and grow, exploring their thoughts, feelings and actions with curiosity vs judgement. Prior to identifying her love for coaching, Heather held multiple leadership positions for companies such as IBM, Epsilon and DigitalGlobe.
Heather is enthusiastic about health and fitness and teaches several group classes at her local recreation center. On evenings and weekends, you will find her on the pitch, watching her teenage sons play soccer. She’s a consistent 5AMer with a love for reading in the early hours of the day and a thirst for lifelong growth and development.
She holds a BA in Mass Communications from the University of Wyoming and an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources Management & Organization from the University of Denver as well as multiple coaching certifications for Leadership, Health and Life Coaching.
