DisrUpdate October 2017
Thanks to all who attended the most recent DisruptHR Denver. Wasn’t it FUN and inspiring? We have two bits of outstanding news.
First, and most importantly, the 2017 DisruptHR Denver events were finally in the black since we first started this little shin dig in 2014. As promised, we’ve donated the proceeds from the two 2017 events to a favorite charity. To honor the husband of one of ICC’s team members, DisruptHR Denver donated a tidy little sum to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night event. Our honoree Doug Thompson, husband of ICC’s Jill Thompson, has been through the wringer fighting his heart out and is doing really well after a myriad of treatments. Thanks to those who attended and our sponsors for making this possible.
And, second… drumroll please… the videos of the speakers from the August DisruptHR Denver are posted and available for your viewing pleasure! Relive the magic and reignite the passion and creativity from our line-up of grass-roots speakers on topics from looking to ex-offenders as an untapped talent population to confessions of a corporate counselor. DisruptHR Denver speaker videos are here: https://vimeo.com/album/4820342/.
Have unconventional ideas about challenges related to talent in the workplace? Leadership, benefits, culture, compensation, wellness, etc.? Keep an eye here to “Sign Up to Disrupt” and be considered as a speaker for our next event on March 8, 2018, once the submissions link re-opens (December-ish).
And as you make your leadership and team development, management training, executive coaching and outplacement plans for the end of 2017 and into 2018, call ICC… we can help you train AND ease your pain.
