As a career coach, Carlos’ authenticity and easy-going personality allow him to connect quickly with people building a strong, trusting relationship with his coaching clients. Further, as a bilingual career coach, Carlos unlocks the potential of his clients, providing a robust coaching experience for everyone.

Before joining ICC, Carlos developed a wide array of leadership and practical skills as he brings over ten years of management experience to the team. One of his favorite aspects of management is training and developing new staff. This ignited a passion for helping others succeed through different training methods and coaching approaches. Carlos applies this frontline experience and expertise to refine, improve and deliver the best to ICC clients.

In his spare time and on the weekends, Carlos enjoys hiking, baseball, and spending time with family and friends.
