2019 Best Companies to Work for in Colorado Award Winners Unveiled at Celebratory Event

January 20, 2020, Denver, CO – After months of anticipation, the 2019 winners of the Best Companies to Work for in Colorado awards program were announced at an energetic celebratory event last Thursday.  The event was hosted by ICC: Innovate. Coach. Consult. and sponsored by media partner ColoradoBiz Magazine and USI Insurance.

During the event, finalists and winners were recognized with accolades for their valiant efforts and dedication to creating dynamic, robust company cultures.

According to Shawna Simcik, ICC’s President of Business Leadership, “Companies participate for one of two reasons — either to gather objective data and gain a baseline measure of their culture or have been intentional about creating a best company to work for and believe they can win.”

This year, the competition pool began with nine determined and optimistic finalists and was then narrowed down to three commendable winners.  Award recipients were named by company size (small, medium and large) and are listed respectively:

• Adperio, Inc.
• Merritt Aluminum Products
• Popsockets

Excellence Awards were also presented to four outstanding companies in the subsequent categories:

• Quicksilver Scientific, Inc. – Creating Change
• Lerch Bates, Inc. – Culture Momentum
• Douglas County Libraries – Team Orientation
• Moneytree, Inc. – Customer Focus
