biography

Tapping into her years of experience as a human resources executive, Marsha works with individuals to determine their unique employee brand, skills, attributes and ideal cultural fit to help them thrive and become even more successful in the next chapter of their career. Her experience as a Human Resources leader spans entrepreneurial start-up businesses to large, global organizations in a variety of industries including high-tech, finance and telecommunications, where she led recruiting, organizational development and training.

Along with her work as an ICC transition coach, Marsha is an adjunct professor at the University of Denver. She is passionate about developing programs and working with organizations and individuals to bring out their inner mojo.
