Always looking for opportunities to quench her curiosity, Madisson is happiest when she is exploring new perspectives to better enable others to reach their full potential. She is passionate about leadership development, in theory and in practice, and loves bringing content to life. She is known for bringing an ever-present mindset of diversity and inclusion to each project. Prior to joining the ICC team, Madisson contributed to the world of learning and development through a diverse array of industries including aerospace, medical technology, and HRIS SaaS. She is an experienced team facilitator and implementer of new technology.
