As a firm believer that listening is one of the most important things that a coach can do, Lisa helps people identify their strengths and bring focus to their goals, while developing a clear plan for  moving forward. Lisa helps her clients regain confidence and learn how to be competitive in the labor market. She believes that it is critical for people to know that they have value, and that they can use that value to contribute to a future employer.

Lisa has more than 20 years of experience in the career development field, providing compassionate career and job coaching to individuals in diverse employment situations, including employees who have lost their jobs due to layoffs or plant closures.

Her background includes 6 years providing career services to healthcare employees with Kaiser Permanente in Northern California, as well as almost 10 years combined providing career services for job seekers across a wide variety of industries at the City and County of San Francisco and the Alameda County Private Industry Council.
