Linda’s purpose, passion and talents are focused on facilitating positive workplace environments. She has more than 25 years within the public sector in Human Resources and Organizational Development leadership. Relied upon by clients as a trusted advisor and a truly human leadership coach, Linda is an expert facilitator of change and fierce proponent of continuous learning. She helps clients achieve high performance and greater emotional intelligence in relationships for organizational growth and well-being. Her approach is strength-based, with whole-person, evidence-based coaching partnership and development.
In her roles as Learning & Organizational Development Manager at the City of Boulder, Deputy Human Resource Director at CSU and Human Resource Manager at the City of Loveland, Linda has developed and implemented multiple successful organizational initiatives, including leadership development programs. She has conducted strategic reviews related to innovation, team and organizational structures, succession planning, performance management, compensation, employee engagement and organizational surveys. These projects and programs were implemented at the City of Boulder, Colorado State University, City of Loveland, State of Colorado, State of Nebraska and Mutual of Omaha. Linda has also served as conference presenter and Adjunct Faculty, teaching Human Resource and Labor Relations classes for Regis University.
Linda has most recently designed and implemented two unique leadership development programs at the City of Boulder. She has also facilitated strategic planning sessions with community task force and board members for North Metro Fire District. She has also developed and is implementing an innovative pilot program called, “Our Government Listens” with 12 different local governments along the front range.
