We are seeking a dedicated full-time member of our customer and internal team support.

Anywhere! Although ICC Headquarters is located at 1873 S. Bellaire St. Suite 750 in the heart of Denver, Colorado.

Are you proactive with a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency? The Team and Client Support Services role embodies these characteristics.
ICC is hiring a dedicated Team and Client Support Services professional to join our team. This person will work closely with the Operations and Implementation Team and have achievable goals and metrics to meet each quarter. You will have a critical role that requires an extreme attention to detail, proofreading capabilities and customer service skills, making a deep impact on our internal team and clients. This role requires someone who can identify needs, has a big picture mindset and thinks critically about each task at hand. Full-time, remote role, totaling 40 hours/week.

The Team and Client Support Services role primary responsibilities will include:

Serve as primary point of contact for all team member support inquires.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate parties.
  • Assisting all members of the internal team by preparing and organizing
    documents and reports with the highest level of quality.
  • Professionally handling incoming correspondence including email and mail (as needed).
  • Creating and maintaining an inventory of office supplies and sales materials
    for ICC team.
  • Assisting with the preparation of all events, including registration and
    materials.
  • Scheduling and organizing activities such as meetings, events, conferences and travel.
  • Maintaining and updating internal and external databases which may include CRM system and other proprietary databases.
  • Managing calendar of events for ICC marketing and consultant activities.
  • Overseeing basic IT issues such as printer repair, computer repair, etc.
Support with project management and administrative assistance.
  • Creation and distribution of calendar invites for Accelerator programs.
  • Administering assessments for individuals and groups using online tools.
  • Assisting with client onboarding process.
  • Creation and distribution of engagement reports.
  • Providing customer service and corresponding via email and phone with Accelerator clients.
  • Support of Accelerator facilitators such as onboarding, creation of reports and/or trouble shooting.
  • Creating client sites and working within an internal proprietary platform.
  • Setting up and scheduling client email flows.
  • Setting up all group virtual meetings.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree required or in pursuant of degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of business experience a plus but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Promote and maintain high standards of quality at work with often tight and pressing deadlines.
  • Organizational awareness with ability to think critically about impact outside of your area of responsibility.
  • Motivated, flexible and team-oriented with the ability to also work
    independently.
  • Embody ICC’s values and culture.
  • Proactive with a strong ability to recognize problems and respond with a sense of urgency, using excellent judgment; make timely, thoughtful,
    sometimes difficult decisions; and seek and accept input from others.
  • Proficient in computer/data management skills including PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom & email marketing campaigns. Experience with ZOHO and/or Thought Industries a plus.
  • Strong interest, passion and experience in human resources, leadership
    development or outplacement industry a plus.

Salary Information:

$17.50-20.00/hourly rate. Full-time position. Health, vision & dental insurance eligibility after 30 days. 401(k) eligibility after 1 year.
