With more than 30 years of experience successfully helping job seekers, Lynda coaches ICC candidates from entry-level to executive. Candidates have sought work in fields including management, non-profit, manufacturing, education, marketing, finance, engineering, the arts, and others. Lynda considers herself a job search strategist—with expertise in resume and cover letter writing, social media use for job search (including LinkedIn), networking, interviewing strategies, salary negotiation, and optimizing job search strategies. She is an experienced career counselor as well, partnering with individuals who want to explore career pivots or changes.
