With more than 30 years of experience successfully helping job seekers, Lynda coaches ICC candidates from entry-level to executive. Candidates have sought work in fields including management, technology, non-profit, manufacturing, education, marketing, finance, engineering, the arts, and others. Lynda considers herself a job search strategist—with expertise in resume and cover letter writing, LinkedIn strategy, networking, interviewing strategies, salary negotiation, and optimizing multiple job search strategies. She is also an experienced career counselor, partnering with individuals who want to explore career pivots or changes. Lynda is MBTI-certified and holds certifications from Career Thought Leaders and the Resume Writing Academy in Resume Writing, Interview and Compensation Negotiation Coaching, and Digital Branding Strategy.
