Laura is an experienced Leadership and Transition coach and empowers her clients to lead more boldly in all aspects of their life. Her genuine, compassionate, and straightforward approach creates a safe space for new and experienced leaders to deepen their awareness and feel challenged to take meaningful action toward becoming a more effective, authentic leader. She also specializes in coaching women to lead from their unique brilliance, to create greater ease, meaning, balance and joy in their life.
Additionally, Laura coaches individuals to navigate the complexity of career transitions with clarity and confidence. She encourages her clients to connect with and align their career goals with their values and purpose, overcome self-limiting beliefs, and lead with their best self throughout the job search process.
Coaching builds upon over 15 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness in both the corporate and non-profit sector. In that time, Laura served as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, oversaw leadership and team development programs, facilitated training, and led the strategy and execution of organizational communication and change management efforts. She values authenticity, connection, adventure, health, and family, and most importantly, she is the mom of two amazing kids.
