Kellie has been a professional coach for over 20 years with a wide variety of clients, ranging from traditional job seekers to entrepreneurs/business owners and senior executives. Before coaching, she had ten years of experience in sales and training salespeople who own businesses. Kellie has deep experience designing learning tools, creating branding and marketing messages for entrepreneurs and job seekers, and utilizing these skills for successful transitions.

Combining her unique background of sales training, a bachelor’s degree in Journalism/PR, and coaching experience allow her to assist clients in selling themselves effectively in the marketplace.

Kellie is a strong collaborator and sounding board for her clients, excelling in asking the right questions to draw out the best in them. She then captures this passion in writing their resume and coaching them on demonstrating their unique qualities in an interview. Her forte is making the complex simple and understandable and using strategic and creative thinking as needed. 

Kellie works hard, loves her work, and is committed to having fun in everything she does. Never taking herself too seriously, Kellie brings humor to her work. She is open, honest, direct, and very compassionate. Welcoming feedback and the opportunity to communicate, Kellie operates on the premise that her clients are the boss and always have the ultimate say in their job search and their lives, even though she’ll always make her case.
