Jill Thompson: Biography
Jill believes in fostering strong client relationships. She is passionate about partnering with organizations to provide the most compassionate outplacement services and help ease the sting of layoffs. She also supports organizations to implement game-changing leadership development solutions with the goal of exceeding expectations and creating satisfied, long-term clients.
Jill has been with ICC since 2011, starting out as a career transition coach. Jill has worked with clients across of range of industries and specialized in helping people turn a daunting time into one of excitement and challenge as they developed plans for their next career. Prior to joining ICC, she worked for a large, global staffing firm.
