With another year wrapping up, the ICC team has taken some time to reflect on what we are most thankful for at work. I know…it may seem cliché but hey, that’s what this time of year is for! We took an impromptu poll, and these are the things that our team said they were most thankful for:
Our clients: To put it simply, we have the best clients! We are thankful for their dedication and that they truly see the differentiation that ICC can offer. We sincerely love partnering with our client organizations to delve into what solutions will truly benefit them the most.
Our team: Among all our team members, across all our locations, we are thankful for each other. ICC team members have a serious passion to partner with organizations and get to know their people. We are given the ability to be innovative and work in an environment that allows us to tap into each other’s strengths. Nobody has a “that’s not my job” mentality. The number one thing it boils down to…teamwork!
Our culture: While we often work within organizations to help them gain a deeper understanding of their company’s current culture, it’s equally important for us to be considerate of our own company culture. This is another thing that ICC team members are also thankful for. Our culture allows us the flexibility to integrate our personal and professional lives. We can take risks, push ourselves outside of our comfort zone and be transparent with one another. We enjoy what we do and can bring fun to our work environment.
Time Outside of Work: With that great flexibility that our culture allows, we also are thankful for the time that it allows us to spend with our family and friends. We all wear many hats outside of work. We are thankful for the ability to give all these areas in our lives the attention they require. Sure, with any job, you are required to make choices at some point about how you will spend your time and energy, but we are thankful that our jobs make those choices less difficult to make sometimes.
What are some things that you are thankful for at work? We’d love to hear from you!
