The ICC Denver team rocked the house at the 2016 Mile High SHRM conference on January 22 with standing room only at our booth. We had great conversations with attendees about Colorado HR trends including outplacement and organizational renewal needs in oil and gas and other industries and the need for more objective succession planning tools as seasoned leaders look to retire, Generation X managers and leaders prepare for top-level leadership positions and millennials look for less traditional career development options.
And of course we had fun with a game that had attendees thinking about their own retention, talent management, development and outplacement efforts while winning great prizes for their answers.
