Susan Ruhl: Biography

Susan Ruhl, President and CFO at ICC, focuses on leading her organization’s mission to reinvent the leadership development paradigm. Her team and peers know Susan as someone who wants to make an impact on the greater world. She genuinely believes that great managers influence employee happiness both in and out of the workplace. She has led ICC in harnessing the power of disruption by introducing a new, technology-driven development program for emerging leaders.

Susan dedicates herself to leading the charge and driving results. Her unwavering attention to building upon technology while preserving the human experience, has led ICC to successfully pivot its business model to move into the spotlight as an uncommon force and technology provider in the leadership development industry.

Outside of the organization, Susan strives to give back to the community and she demonstrates care and support of others. For the past four years, she has served as chair of the board for Denver-based non-profit organization, Laradon, which specializes in services to children and adults with developmental disabilities.
