Jennifer McKune: Biography

As the Head of Talent and Virtual Outplacement Programs at ICC, Jennifer is responsible for creating innovative and engaging products that ensure the best-in-class user experience and serves as the go-to solution for current and prospective clients.  Jennifer strives for continuous improvement, finding ways to learn and bringing it back to the team to elevate ICC’s products. 

Nothing thrills her more than creating a culture of teamwork through collaboration and curiosity, cultivating innovation through idea generation and problem-solving, and driving for results through strategic and efficient processes.   

While Jennifer has lived in many areas of the United States, she has always considered Colorado to be her home.  She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Maryland. She is a certified in facilitating career development training and a certified professional coach.
