Denver – August 28, 2015 — At the hottest event in the Mile High city tonight, Denver-based, woman-owned talent management, organizational effectiveness and compassionate outplacement firm ICC, Inc., unveiled its new brand identity to an audience of 300 business leaders and HR executives from throughout the Front Range. The rebranding reflects both the evolution of the company as well as its vision for the future.
“The launch of our new brand and logo kicks-off a new era at ICC that speaks to who we are as a company and the clients with whom we partner,” said ICC’s co-founding partner, Susan Ruhl. “We are proud to be ahead of the curve in a traditional industry and our new brand identity illustrates the unique approach ICC takes toward talent in the workplace. ICC is disrupting businesses every day and providing modern solutions to old problems.”
The updated logo and new brand identity was developed in collaboration with NorDen41, a Denver-based, nimble graphic design group. The new ICC logo is simple and clear, and implies professionalism but doesn’t take itself too seriously. The vibrant green palette gives a nod to ICC’s history yet is fresh and approachable, representing ICC’s strength, focus and growth as well as its commitment to being a trusted partner with their clients. The new website, www.InnovateICC.com, evokes the clarity, value and quality that ICC clients have come to know and trust.
ICC’s new tagline, “People Strategies for Business Results,” demonstrates the company’s strong belief that the success of a business lives and dies by its people. While the brand, tagline and logo have changed to better represent what the company is today, ICC remains true to its founding principles of authenticity, integrity and excellence.
