ICC partnered with a publicly-traded leading independent oil and gas company during a strategic restructuring where approximately 250 employees were impacted from three different locations in Colorado, Texas and North Dakota. ICC coordinated onsite support in each location, providing career coaches to be available during the notification meeting with the notifying manager and human resources representative on the day of notification. Due to the highly skilled population of impacted employees, ICC actively facilitated outreach and sent departed employee resumes, on behalf of the employees, to companies and multiple recruiting firms that were actively hiring individuals with specialized experience. More than 80% of the impacted employees took advantage of the outplacement services. ICC continues to provide career transition services to any departing employee from this organization since 2016.
